1. Service Description
Koss Flow CV provides AI-powered resume generation and optimization services. Available services include:
- Manual Builder — free resume creation tool
- Remaster — visual redesign of existing PDF resume
- Elevate — AI content improvement of existing resume
- Target Match — ATS optimization + cover letter for specific vacancy
- Job Hunter — AI scans 21 platforms (RemoteOK, LinkedIn, Indeed, work.ua, djinni, etc.) for matching remote vacancies
- Job Tracker — FREE — save jobs, track application status (saved/applied/interviewing/rejected/offer), notes
- Why I Match — AI deep analysis: strengths, gaps, suggestions, likely interview questions for a specific job
- Cover Letter from Tracker — AI-generated cover letter tailored to a saved job, 3 tones (formal/startup/technical)
- Daily TG Digest — FREE — daily/weekly subscription delivers new jobs to your Telegram. Optional AI re-rank: nano free, mini 1cr/run, gpt-5.4 3cr/run
- Interview Prep — AI-generated interview questions and answer frameworks
- LinkedIn Optimizer — optimized LinkedIn profile sections
- Skills Gap Analysis — compare your CV against job requirements
- Follow-Up Email — professional thank-you email after interview
- Salary Negotiation — counter-offer scripts and talking points
2. Credits & Payments
AI services are accessed via monthly or yearly subscriptions. Each tier includes an AI quota, daily job scans, and access to advanced features:
- Free — €0/mo: 1 scan/day
- Pro — €19/mo or €189/yr: 100 AI ops, 5 scans/day, 50 tracker
- Max — €39/mo or €389/yr: 600 AI ops, 20 scans/day, unlimited
- Agency €129/mo or Career Coach €99/mo: multi-seat + white-label
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed via WayForPay or MonoPay. Subscriptions are linked to your account and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Free tier: 5 AI analyses per day powered by Google Gemma 4, no subscription required (requires separate consent).
Recruiter subscription plans are available for managing vacancies and candidates. Plan details and pricing are displayed in the Recruiter dashboard before purchase.
3. Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase if your monthly quota has not been substantially used. Refund requests must be submitted to support@kossflow.com.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Koss Flow CV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
5. Age Restriction
You must be at least 16 years old to use our service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data.
6. Use License
Permission is granted to use Koss Flow CV for personal and professional purposes. You may not: redistribute, modify or create derivative works of the platform, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer any AI components of the service.
7. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with all applicable laws. You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or quota systems.
8. Intellectual Property
The AI-generated resumes and content produced by the service are owned by you, the user. Koss Flow retains all rights to the platform, technology, templates, and service infrastructure. You grant Koss Flow a limited license to process your uploaded files solely to provide the requested service.
9. Privacy & Data Processing
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Data retention periods:
- Account data (email, profile): retained until account deletion or 2 years of inactivity
- Candidate CVs submitted to vacancies: deleted after 30 days. Temporary CV Builder uploads: deleted within 5 minutes after generation
- AI-generated output: stored in your account until you delete it or close your account
- Payment records: retained for 5 years as required by Ukrainian tax law
- Usage logs: retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes
You have the right to access, export, and delete your personal data at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to abuse or circumvent our systems, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. In case of termination for cause, the unused portion of your subscription is non-refundable. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Koss Flow CV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period in which the issue occurred. AI-generated content is advisory only and should be reviewed by the user before use.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, government actions, internet outages, third-party service failures (OpenAI, Google, WayForPay), or cyberattacks.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email notification or an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may delete your account before they take effect.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine. For EU consumers: this clause does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@kossflow.com. We will respond within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as described in Section 14.
